The Basics
What is Resurva for?
Resurva allows your clients to book appointments online, without phoning, emailing, or texting.
How do I install Resurva?
There is nothing to install. You can access Resurva from any web enabled device.
How long does it take to get up and running?
The initial setup takes about 5 minutes.
What information do I need to get started?
You’ll need your business location, hours of operation, service provider names and schedules, and the services you offer.
Is Resurva only for barbershops?
No way! Barbershops are just where we got our start. We have everyone from massage therapy clinics to photography studios to surf schools to bicycle rental shops using Resurva. If you offer a time based service or inventory, Resurva will help you take care of managing your day to day and allow your clients to book appointments anytime, anywhere.
Do I need a website to use Resurva?
You don’t need one, but having one is a great idea. It will help you capture new clients by allowing them to find you via popular search engines like Google. The Resurva booking widget can be embedded directly into just about any website. You can get a Website by Resurva that is connected to your Resurva account. Learn more about our Website service here.
Can you help me get Resurva set up?

Features
Do you have an iOS or Android app?
Resurva is a web based application so there’s nothing for you or your clients to download or install. We do however have both an iOS app and an Android app that makes it even easier for you and your clients to use Resurva.
Can I take payments with Resurva?
Can I add lunch breaks?
Of course. Each provider can have multiple breaks, of different durations, per day. Learn more in our Help Centre.
We have multiple locations. Can Resurva work for us?
Yes. With our multi location feature, you can have as many locations as you like. Each of them will be accessible through the same master admin account. Learn more about multi location management here.
Can I have two durations or prices for the same service?
If different providers take different amounts of time, or charge different amounts to do the same service, you can add a custom duration or price for each provider. Learn more about custom durations here.

Pricing
How much does Resurva Cost?
Resurva plans start at $20 per month for 200 bookings, and go up to $75 per month for unlimited bookings. If you’re a busy, single service provider you can get a unlimited account for $30 per month. Learn more about our pricing here.
How much does it cost to add a second location?
Each additional location will receive a 30% discount. Learn more about our pricing here.
How much does Advanced Setup and Support cost?
Most setups take 1 hour, but complex setups can take as many as 4, depending on what 3rd party apps you are using. Our hourly rate is $125. Learn more about Advanced Setup and Support here.
Technical
Do you have an API?
Not yet. But we do plan to release a public API in the future. Send us an email and we will let you know when it’s ready.
